We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Tenga account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
⚠️ Important Information
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Your order history and transaction records
- Your saved preferences and settings
- All associated data from our systems
This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the Tenga App
Launch the Tenga mobile application on your device.
Go to Settings
Navigate to your profile or account settings within the app.
Select Delete Account
Find and select the "Delete Account" option.
Confirm Deletion
Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion.

Data Retention
After you request account deletion, we will process your request within 30 days. Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by Tanzanian law, but your personal data will be removed from our active systems.
